If you travel to Cuba with a UK passport does not affect you if you later want to travel to U.S.?

No, your daughter will have no problem to travel to the U.S. after travel to Cuba. Even if his British passport stamped Cuba (some actually want the stamp to the memory), does not affect anything. how to leave a tribute?

No. You probably need a Schengen visa to visit most of the EU (except UK and Ireland). Its been in the United Kingdom is not of interest to others EU countries if their nationality is from outside the EU.
