Trip to London, England?

Is there anyone familiar with things to do in London? I'll be there all day on June 8, 9 and 10. Flight is at 1:30 pm on the 11th, so we also have that same morning. I will stay at the Baglioni Hotel in Kensington. Would you prefer that I rent a car or using public transport? I heard about something called the tube, but not sure how far it is or anything. Moreover, what are the main things to do? I do not want to waste time. I want to do something every day I'm there, since his very short time. I do not know much about the attractions … Is there any How you could tell me what things you should do every day? Thanks soooooooooooo much! :)

The tube is the metro / subway / metro, which covers the whole of central London. You are never more than a few minutes walk from a stop. It is a great service even though people complain about it … extends from early to that on the one and almost not going to wait more than five minutes at any station in the city by a train. If you are flying into Heathrow, the tube will be almost directly Kensington, Piccadilly line (dark blue). If another airport, train service will be a surface or in some other way to get into London. The tube is a bit expensive but if you buy a day pass and use it to see all the sights, you'll get your money's worth. If you prefer, you can board a tourist bus that will display a lot of famous things. Some decent things to go are: Buckingham Palace (stop tube St James Park and Green Park) Tower Bridge and the Tower of London (stop tube Tower Hill) London Dungeon (metro stop London Bridge) South Bank (Waterloo tube stop) – this is a walk along the Thames with street artists etc. Trafalgar Square (tube stop at Charing Cross) Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey (Westminster tube stop) There are lots of other things to do … any decent guide book and a map of the tube and you are on your way. If I wanted to go on a day trip out of London, Windsor Castle could be good, or a trip to a good helmet former British coast. Overland trains will take you to these places very quickly. Certainly the car rental would not be the best way for central London, no There is too much traffic and parking is a problem.

"I can use a car seat U.S. (Britax) in the UK?

Hello, We will travel to the UK and Europe next week and were thinking in bringing us to our seats (I am a bit wary of using a seat in the car rental company). Does anyone know if the UK / legislation European expressly prohibits the use of a chair made in another country? I seem to remember reading something about different safety regulations, but I can not find that article now. Thanks in advance.

Military families can continue to use U.S. car seats abroad legally otherwise is illegal and must wear ECE safety mark ….

I like to live in the U.S.

Hi all, I have 17 years and plans to move to the U.S. in one or two years. I currently live in the UK and have a nationality German. I was born in Fairfax County, Virginia. But he went to Germany with my mom when I was 1. I would like to work in the hospitality industry and currently i doing an apprenticeship in a hotel. "I can live in the U.S. because I was born there? "I can work there? I speak very good English, can write, and I'm fine in the German-speaking. Thanks for reading this and appreciate any input.

Summer Job Ideas for budget travelers

Can I get a summer job during the trip? There are plenty around and many specifically aimed at travelers. Organize your work permit and check out a local newspaper for employment for travelers. You will be surprised what kind of work you can find to do.

1. You could become an au pair or nanny. There are many opportunities to care for children of other people during the trip. Try to England, South Africa or Australia to start.

2. You may teach English. In several countries there are opportunities for teachers of English. If you are bilingual will have a better chance to score one of these jobs in places like Japan.

3. How about working in a bar? In England there are opportunities for free food in bars where food is prepared to throw a beer. jobs are relatively easy to find Entertainment in Australia.

4. Have you thought about working at holiday camps for children in the U.S. or Russia as a camp counselor?

5. You could become a fruit picker! Get to work in the fields around the world.

6. What about a holiday job? Can you ski? You can get a job as a ski or snowboard at the ski resorts worldwide.

7. What's become a cat or a station Jillaroo inland Australia? Immerse yourself in the culture of the interior.
