Who do I complain to about a dirty hotel I stayed in Hale, Cheshire in the UK?
I tried to call his office and the mamager hotel, but just keep fobbing me. I have video evidence of unhealthy conditions we were in, and it was not cheap either! But I do not know whom to complain, there should be a higher authority.
I do not know which hotel to say, but I live in Sale, Cheshire, only about 3 miles away. If it was really bad why not register a complaint with the Department of Environmental Health at the premises of the Council. Their number is 0161 912 4916. In our local municipal services brochure (Trafford Council) said that the Env. Department of Health is to advise public health, food standards and safety, infectious diseases, health and safety work. If not your department, I'm sure it will be able to advise where to contact.
