Is there a directory or a similar sample of call centers if a company are the UK / Ireland or India, based?
I want to change carriers Norwich Union insurance, as I had terrible bother trying to change the details on the car, home and travel insurance especially, and talking with people who have difficulties Listening and speaking with precision, and can rarely give me answers anyway. However, BT is very similar in terms of customer service e-mail based in India.
